Lash is a Roman artist, today a tattooer but raised in graffiti culture. As a kid he developed an obsession with bombing, treating trains and subways as a real battle for the spot. He later brought that same language onto skin, with an instantly recognizable Chicano-inspired lettering. Today, drawing also on a background in film, he creates projects that combine tattooing, video and porn, such as PornInk and Lover Ink.

I was 16, I didn't work, so I didn't buy the spray can: I slipped it into my jacket. And from there, that spray can changed my life. I started hitting up all the hardware stores in Rome to rack spray cans. I went out and wrote. Every day.
Bombing is the style I feel is most mine. The pure one. Direct. The American one. I hit yards, I hit trains, metros. It was a war, not a game. I was jealous of my train cars. If someone painted more than me, I had to catch up. I was doing two panels a day, even at night. I had to be everywhere. I had to bomb more than the rest. That’s all there was to it.
I've worked with Netflix, with TV, and with many others. So I took everything I had learned and created PornInk: a project that merges porn and tattoos, a serialized hardcore show. I didn't want to make the classic amateur video: I wanted something professional, but without the productions that use 40,000-euro cameras.
